Our team is a group of talented individuals who work diligently to give you the best digital content. Our front-runner is of course, Karen Smith, however, she could not carry out and produce all of this digital content alone.

Alongside Karen is a team of eight others who help write, produce and film Karen’s work. This team is talented in backing Karen’s outstanding content with production, design, technical, and creative skills.

Our team is hardworking and cares about the work. Given that the content we work with every single day addresses how to tackle stress by making it a solvable challenge, our ability to tackle challenges has become just short of perfection.
