The Power of A Woman Who Leads
About the Course
The Power of A Woman Who Leads was developed by Dr. Gail Hayes, who has identified and developed 6 women’s leadership styles — The Activist Leader, The Strategic Leader, The Tactical Leader, The Creative Leader, The Collaborative Leader, and The Dramatic Leader. Through this course, she teaches women leaders how to access, leverage, and maximize their leadership style for themselves and their teams. The Power of A Woman Who Leads teaches the strength to take risks and lead without anxiety or apology, the perspective to encourage others on their own leadership journeys, and the empowerment to develop and accomplish stronger goals. Dr. Hayes has an assessment that accompanies this system; this course is a pre-requesite for certification to use that assessment with clients.
