Through her practice as a healer for over 15 years, Penelope incorporates tangible, actionable, and measureable practices to provide tailored training programs on the collegiate and medical education level. She has taught medical students, residents, and other physicians the power coaching has to improve patients’ quality of life, quality measure scores, and quality of care. Penelope’s unique pediatric perspective empowers her clients to live a life full of passion and purpose, knowing that this is the path to greater health for all.
Penelope’s unique journey into coaching informs her coaching style as well. Her background as a professional actor who struggled to balance her passion with her medical career led her to seek out balance through coaching.
