About the Course
Promoting CLARITY: Skyrocketing Employee Engagement is designed for managers and leaders who are ready to increase employee engagement in a deep way. Martina Coates-Nance teaches leaders and managers how to develop career focus, balance busy schedules, and make the “right” decisions for themselves and their families. In addition to teaching leaders and managers these skills, she’ll be training them with coaching skills that will allow them to support their teams to foster fulfillment, purpose, and engagement in the workplace.
Instructor Biography
Martina Coates-Nance, aka Your Clarity Coach, specializes in personal and professional development through coaching and motivational speaking. In 2015, Martina took her leap of faith and launched her company, Your Clarity Coach LLC, to pursue her vision and goal of coaching, consulting, and motivational speaking in service to women and men who are seeking transformational CLARITY. Your Clarity Coach’s mission is to help men and women bring their vision and dreams into focus using the FIAA™️ Principles – Focus, Integrity, Accountability and Action. Martina partners in service with other entrepreneurs and organizations whose focus is personal and professional transformation and empowerment. Techniques and strategies that focus on Effective Communication (subset includes benefits of Reflective Listening), Relationship Management, Intentional Goal Setting and Action, Eliminating Internal and External Clutter to Achieve Clarity Martina received her degree in Business Administration in 2014. She is a 2016 graduate of the Steve Harvey Act Like A Success – School of Business Acceleration. A life-learner, Martina will obtain her coaching certification through the Coach Diversity Institute.
